Who We Are

This website is Anandhu Sree Kumar’s personal consultation enquiry service. Anandhu Sree Kumar personally is the sole individual responsible for collecting and handling enquiries submitted through it.

Information We Collect

• Information you provide: your name, email address, phone number including country code, property or investment goal, budget range and intended timeline.
• Campaign and referral information, where present: UTM source, medium, campaign, content and term; the landing-page URL; the Meta click identifier (fbclid); and Meta browser or click identifiers (fbp/fbc). Existing _fbp and _fbc cookies may be read, and an fbc identifier may be derived from a supplied fbclid. These identifiers may be stored with your enquiry even though advertising tracking is not currently installed.
• Submission records: an enquiry identifier, submission time and handling status, used to manage enquiries and avoid duplicate submissions.

Please do not include financial account details, identification documents or other sensitive information in the enquiry form.

How We Use Information

Information is used to review your requirements, respond to your enquiry, discuss suitable options and next steps, maintain enquiry records and help protect the form against spam and duplicate submissions. Campaign identifiers, where present, help understand how an enquiry reached the site.

Submitting an enquiry is not an automatic appointment booking or an opt-in to promotional marketing. The contact disclosure beside the submit button relates to your enquiry only. Separate permission will be requested for marketing where required.

Enquiry Processing and Service Providers

Enquiries are stored in Lovable Cloud, the site’s hosted backend service, with access restrictions and server-side submission validation intended to keep lead records private. No public access to enquiry records is intended.

Make and Google Sheets are not currently connected to this form and do not receive enquiry data through it. If connected in the future, they may support enquiry workflows and record management. This policy will be updated to describe any resulting processing.

Cookies and Tracking

Meta Pixel and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) are not currently installed. Campaign identifiers may still accompany a visit and be captured with an enquiry as described above.

No formal cookie consent-management system is currently installed. If optional analytics or advertising tracking is introduced, privacy choices must be provided, including a way to give, refuse and change consent where required by applicable law. Submitting the consultation form does not provide consent for that tracking. Technical storage used for site operation is distinct from optional analytics and advertising storage.

Data Retention

Enquiry information and associated processing records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to enquiries, maintain relevant records and meet applicable obligations. Retention depends on the purpose of the information and any continuing need to keep it. No fixed retention period or automatic deletion schedule is currently set.

Your Rights

You may request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate details or deletion. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to object to or restrict processing or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Proportionate identity verification may be needed to protect your information. Applicable law and necessary recordkeeping obligations may affect how requests can be fulfilled.

International Data Processing

Hosting and service-provider processing may involve countries outside your country of residence, where privacy laws can differ. Processing locations depend on the services involved. This policy does not identify specific data centres or claim a particular international-transfer safeguard.

Security

The form uses server-side validation, restricted access to stored enquiries, duplicate-submission handling and basic anti-spam protections. These measures are intended to protect personal information, but no website or storage service can guarantee absolute security.
